FAQs
Our training curriculums are geared to a global community and are based on holistic principles of nature. They’re rooted in the direct transmission of Ayurveda and Yoga received by Myra in over 30+ years of dedicated study and clinical experience. We maintain a holistic approach, emphasizing practical and experiential education, with a spiritual foundation.
Our trainings function independently and well beyond most associations. We encourage our students to be aware of regulations for practicing with clients in their area. Most associations have no governing authority and their certification is not mandatory to share and practice Ayurveda.
